There are three main stages incorporated into the practice of mindful yoga. These are awareness, acceptance and mindfulness. Through thoughtful and considered practice you will learn how to hone and master each of these steps. We will work on bringing your mind and body together in harmony by utilising the classical tools of yoga such as Pranayama breathing exercises, bodily and sensory meditations, visualisation techniques to name but a few. We will also work through gentle and vigorous yoga sequences as well as static asanas (postures). Open to all levels.
