A 45 minute Pilates class based on the reformer repertoires. Exercises are designed to strengthen and condition the core and back, plus an additional focus on the muscles of the arms and legs. Additionally classes aim to increase mobility and flexibility whilst also emphasising the importance of deliberate and rhythmic breathing to enhance oxygen uptake and decrease stress levels. A minimum of 6-8 reformer sessions is required to attend levels 1-2. Classes are not suitable for beginners and we suggest a beginners course or some one on one sessions to properly understand the equipment and exercises.
