A 45 minute Pilates course for pre and post natal clients using the Reformer plus other small equipment. Sessions target those areas that become weakened or tight due to the changes in the female body during pregnancy and after child birth. Maintaining core and muscular strength during pregnancy aids with labour and also helps alleviate the associated back and joint pain.
Small group ensures personalised attention and focus given to individual needs. In addition each participant will receive optional ‘homework’ to keep you going between sessions! Sessions are suitable for both pre and post natal bodies and needs. Beginners are welcome too!
