My name is Milena and I am British Wheel of Yoga trained yoga teacher.
I am particularly interested in promoting more inclusive and accessible yoga classes that serve a wider range of needs and are open to everyone, not only supple, young and healthy.
Group classes are small and open to all abilities. They consists of wide range of gentle yet intelligent and effective movements, breath awareness and guided relaxation. Physical movements are usually slow and mindful and linked with the breath.
The aim of the practice is to promote awareness and ease, slowing down and being present and to encourage balance and calm, equally in the body and mind.
One-to-one sessions provide the opportunity for personally tailored and more individualised attention than is normally possible in a group class setting.
