The foundations course runs for 1 week and the sessions run Monday and Wednesday at 8pm and also Saturday at 9am. All 3 sessions must be completed in 7 days in order to progress to the regular Crossfit classes.
During these 3 sessions you will receive quality instruction in five to one environment. You will be introduced to the fundamentals of CrossFit which will prepare you to join the main CrossFit classes.
We will coach you through a variety of movements including Olympic lifting, gymnastics and other kettle bell and dumbell work. After this you will have the base knowledge needed to get on your fitness journey with us.
