Nadia’s popular candle-lit Hatha classes offers a full repertoire of held yoga postures, salutations, flowing sequences, inversions and seated postures to prepare the body. The practice in an open class is pitched at intermediate level with modifications for those with both less and more experience. The approach is mindful with an emphasis placed on establishing presence and embodied awareness throughout. A strong asana practice is accompanied by breath-work and meditation/relaxation to calm the awakened energies enabling the practitioner to experience a settled and spacious mind.
