Introducing once a month 3rd Saturday midday yoga workshop at Carpenters & Dockland centre to introduce practitioner to the principal of ancient yoga practice and how one can improve and make the practice deeper. Yoga practice can be beneficial for the total well-being which includes body, mind and spirit. My teaching involves empowering individuals to equip with knowledge to transform lives and enhance the quality of every day life.
For the practice please wear comfortable cloths like jogging bottom, leggings and a tea shirt. My sessions are suitable for all level of attendees as I provide lots of options for different level of practitioners.
