Suitable whether you are postnatal or building core strength after a period of back/ pelvic pain. Run by Sally Murray, a women’s health physiotherapist, kettlebell & fitness coach, who will adapt exercises to suit your level and stage (ie. for women with Diastasis Recti). Babies and toddlers are welcome and kept amused.
