Hatha Yoga Flow is a class to develop awareness of your body and the space around you.
We explore the connection between balance and breath and we build strength through a gentle but firm flow including Sun Salutation, main Asanas and a final relaxation.
All levels welcome, including beginners. Bring your own mat and wear comfort clothes.
