Hi, I am Valentina, Hatha Yoga teacher and practitioner.
I have been practicing yoga for a few years and it changed my life and the way I see and live myself and the world around myself.
I practice Hatha Yoga every day and have started training in Ashtanga Primary Series in August 2018.
Hatha Yoga Flow is a class to develop awareness of your body and the space around you. We explore the connection between balance and breath and we build strength through a gentle but firm flow including Sun Salutation, main Asanas and a final relaxation.
All levels welcome, including beginners.
