This extended Mandala Flow practice blends circular movement with grounding breathwork inspired by the elements. The class begins with a breathing practice which aligns to the elements which the flow is themed on, this breath then deeply connects with the mind allowing the flow to mirror the cycles of nature, Yin yoga is then introduced to prepare the body for the creative fun sequence.
The breath is your guide, leading you through fluid transitions and moments of pause. You’ll leave feeling centred, revitalised, and reconnected to yourself, your body, and the elements around you.
This class is an energetic practice where the body will warm up quickly. Open to all and can be adapted
