Take some time for yourself with a gentle check-in, where you can stretch out and get back in touch with your body. Combining breath work with soft movement and stretches, followed by some yin yoga, you'll leave feeling more open, rested and connected to yourself.
Suitable for all levels, this class encourages more embodied self-awareness. The sessions will offer options to shake out the cobwebs with some mindful, playful movement, stretches and soothing techniques for the nervous system.
Shifting from movement into stillness, we'll spend the remainder of the class settling into yin postures. This not only opens up the joints and connective tissues, but also down-regulates the nervous system to destress.
The class aims to improve our ability to slow down, release tension and connect to our bodies.
