Hatha Yoga Flow is a class to develop awareness of your body and the space around you.
With Hatha Yoga with Valentina you develop awareness of your body and the space around you. We explore the connection between balance and breath and we build strength through a gentle flow starting from my beloved Sun Salutation, main Asanas, ending with a guided relaxation and pranayama.
All levels welcome, including beginners. Bring your own mat and wear comfort clothes.
Please, try to not eat at least 30 minutes before class.
