With gentle yoga we enter the postures gradually, the movement is slow and linked with breath. Using mindful movements and gentle holds to find mobility and strength of the joints and muscles. The slowing and deepening of the breath calms the mind, emotions and stress levels in the body. The combination of breath and movement is a good preparation for the final Yoga Nidra meditation in savasana.
Gentle yoga classes are suitable for all levels. Ideal for beginners.
