Vinyasa Flow is a creative and uplifting practice fusing power and grace in a sequence of movements that flow like a choreographed dance. Vinyasa flow links awareness of the breath to the mindful movements of the body, purifying the body from the inside and bringing attention to the inner light in us. The classes are well rounded and include a warm-up, sun salutations, a standing sequence, balancing, inversions, backbending, seated poses and twists, and finally a well-deserved relaxation. Exhale into this delicious dynamic experience that emphasizes good health, a clear mind and a kind heart. Vinyasa Flow is for all levels, with variations offered for different abilities. Because of its fluid nature, best suited to those with a six-month regular practice. Pre-natals are welcome for the first three months of their pregnancy if they come from a prior yoga practice.
