I plan and teach students to be progressive, every 6 weeks another intention/theme is introduced. So participants get a chance to re-look at different variations of the same asanas (postures) and gradually introduce more challenge, or more ease into the class outline. This way everyone who takes the journey over the 4 weeks, gets the opportunity to come to grips with whats being taught, and perhaps practice with more confidence & ease.
