💞 The aim of these intimate, small group classes is to empower you to listen to your changing body, and to guide you to feeling healthy, strong and supple as your pregnancy progresses.
💞 Practicing simple, yet strengthening yoga postures, calming & centring pranayama (breath work) and guided meditation or deep relaxation.
