💫 Discover & practice a healthy, safe, strengthening & balancing series of yoga postures. Modified and accessible even to those who are overly tight or in-flexible, returning from injury, illness or a long period of in-activity.
💫 Whether you're newer to the mat, or an established practitioner, these inclusive, modified, well balanced HATHA YOGA classes are suitable for all, including Beginners, Experienced, Oldies, Newbies, Fit & Un-fit
This class is great if you are: 😇 Returning after injury/illness/lapse in practice or exercise 😇 Particularly "stiff or in-flexible" 😇 A bit "out of shape" "beaten" or "broken" 😇 Want to stabilise/strengthen joints & improve core strength/stability 😇 Prefer a calm pace, to feel welcomed & challenged 😇 Really active (cyclists & runners) & need extra attention to hip/shoulder/hamstring/spine flexibility & mobility
