Established in June 2011, Hodge Health & Fitness Military Boot Camps offer 4 week Military Boot Camps with a progression of fitness intensity from week 1 through to week 4. All our training have been designed by a Jason Hodge, a former Royal Marine. There will be various exercises to include core conditioning, upper & lower body strength including cardio fitness. Our fitness session are open to all fitness levels & abilities. WE AIM TO GET YOU FIT IN JUST 4 WEEKS! The Leas is a perfect training ground for our training. A large open green area with natural terrain & rolling hills.
