I am very happy to be able to offer 1:1 sessions for Adults who might be new to Kundalini Yoga and or would like to work on a key areas e.g. lower back pain or tip to better deal with stress. These sessions will be tailored to the individuals needs. Classes can either take place in your home or online via Skype. Sessions will be booked in blocks and are payable in advance. The first block would consist of three hourly sessions. All other blocks will consist of four hourly classes.
