Vinyasa Flow means ‘practice with awareness’. A relaxing, gentle, steady flowing yoga class focusing on intelligent alignment and mind-body-breath connection accommodating beginners and intermediate level. The class is designed to challenge the body by building strength and flexibility, while quietening the mind, using an intellectual series of postures that synchronise the breath with movement in a continuous flow.
Classes are fun, safe, challenging and informative. Our aim is to encourage each student to work at their own level, yet challenge their own physical and mental limits both on and off the mat.
