Introducing the Advanced Bikram Yoga 90 minute, 55 Posture sequence. A 90 minute class for everyone to enjoy. 'Advanced' does not always mean you have to have an advanced practice to come along! The regular Bikram Method class that you have most probably tried is actually the 'beginners Bikram' sequence and so this 'Advanced' class just takes you a little further by showing you a new sequence of postures - some you will already know and some new. It is taught in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and is open to anyone who has a basic understanding of the Bikram Beginners sequence. Come along and try something new to keep you body challenged.
