This class is a hybrid, combining elements from the Boxercise and Strength Training classes.
BELIFTED BOXERCISE is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups. A good boxing workout tones your legs, arms, chest, shoulders, and back and helps you build a strong core - so yeah, that's pretty much everything. Plus you get a MIND workout as its all to the GOSPEL tunes.
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BELIFTED STRENGTH TRAINING gives you a total body workout. You will be coached through the scientifically proven moves and techniques with encouragement and motivation - all to the GOSPEL tunes - helping you achieve much more than on your own! You will get STRONGER & more TONED. A great MIND and Body workout.
