This class is for the more experienced yoga practitioner. It is a dynamic and challenging class – we move from one pose to another, testing and improving our core stability, flexibility, balance and focus. I aim for each class to be different – you will never get bored! We spend a lot of time on our hands, too, so your upper body strength will soar! Students of any yoga styles are welcome; however, if you are a complete novice, please join our beginners class.
