I will be teaching Beginners Pilates exclusively to online clients so that you can stay connected with your favourite form of exercise without leaving home or whilst your on holiday. I will demo the exercises, then watch you go through the reps and give you some helpful tips as to where you can improve. These classes are interactive so you still get the feeling of being in a class environment but at the same time in the comfort of your own home. The classes are 45 minutes with a 5 minute relaxation and cool down section at the end, allowing you to feel perfectly chilled out by the end of the class.
Beginners Pilates will be a modified class with challenges thrown in along the way. You can choose which level you would like to work at. Pilates will stretch and strengthen all of your muscles and not just your core.
