A 60-minute flow class to kickstarts Monday mornings. Wake up the body and the mind, and start the week with a calm, centred mindset.
After a thorough warmup, we move through an energising sequence, linking movement with the breath and building heat in the body, working towards a peak posture. In the second half of the practice, we focus on refining technique, before moving onto slower, deeper stretches to set us up for the day ahead.
