Hi, I am Muna, and I am delighted to be a part of your yoga journey. I specialise in working with people who are interested in the benefits of exploring a mind-body practice that improves every aspect of your life.
If you’re wanting to feel greater emotional balance, more of a sense of ease in your body, a deepening clarity of mind, and an empowering connection to your true purpose —I would love to invite you to one of my public classes or to a one-on-one session, where we can work more in depth on your personal goals.
So, listen —my classes do not require that you already be flexible, strong and focused, they’re not exclusively for the young, able and super fit - All of you are welcome! They’re for all you beautiful people who want to move your bodies, explore mindful breathing, be challenged, laugh and enjoy exploring a different aspect of your relationship to yourself.
I have studied several types of yoga and draw inspiration from them for my group classes. Expect Simple breath centred movement classes with a light-hearted playful delivery style and diligent attention to your experience, wellbeing and safety.
When I started yoga, I was SUPER inflexible Mentally as well as Physically . I KNEW I was too young to feel this way. I wanted more energy, and to feel better when I got out of bed in the morning. I came to the practice in my 20s and yoga was hard for me when I started, but even after that first time, the deep relaxation I felt afterward and the sense of joy at having done something so good for myself was tremendous.
The benefits only kept increasing: stress relief, feeling more at home in my body, and developing my mental ability to focus on what I wanted in my life all promoted a growing sense of balance space and wholeness.Yoga became a huge part of my life and I practiced all the way through my pregnancy .fast forward 10 years- after becoming a mother and juggling owning a business as well my yoga classes then became more about the sense of mental quietude and an opportunity to really focus on taking time out for myself, and becoming intimate with my mind , body & breath.
Practice then became the opportunity for an oasis of space. This was my saviour in terms of maintaining balance in my life, and and an essential part in how I nurtured myself .
I invite you to join me on the mat to explore what Yoga can mean to YOU.
