Most massage sessions involve applying oil directly to the skin – you will need to take your clothes off for this, and you will be covered with a towel. If you would prefer to receive a clothed massage this is possible – please discuss this with the therapist during the consultation.

Massage boosts circulation of the blood and lymphatic system, and so can make you feel quite thirsty. It is important to drink plenty of water following a massage session, to ensure you stay hydrated. It can also be normal to feel tired or sleepy after a massage session.
