This class consists of a series of 26 postures with two breathing exercises which are developed through regular practise. It is suitable for all ages and skill levels and repetition of the poses is a great way to see progression.
The 26 postures systematically move fresh and oxygenated blood throughout the body while all the organs, glands, tendons, ligaments, bones, all the cells of your body, your emotions, your mind and your spirit are worked on.
The hot room in which it is practiced is great for heating muscles which helps our body burn fat more effectively, redistributing it over the muscular structure.
