I want you to feel A-MAZING at the end of my classes. So it’s really important to me to provide a personal and enjoyable yoga session for everybody with different abilities.
Each session has been carefully planned (with plenty of adaptations if required) to provide a slow and creative flow of postures that seemlessly link into each other. Giving your body a wonderful workout of mindful breathing, combined with flexibility and strength.
I'm constantly seeking new ways of exploring what our bodies can do and therefore you'll never get bored of the same routine with my classes.
