New to Yoga but still don't feel like trying our mixed ability classes ? In these sessions we will explore the many different aspects of Yoga. A modern approach to this traditional form of yoga exploring the body and mind through breathing, in movement, stillness and relaxation. With an increased a sense of well being you will learn how to feel more relaxed adopting a calmer approach to life. Yoga helps improve core, strength, stamina, tone and flexibility.
Maximum 10 per class in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Adaptations are given throughout with no competition or pressure. By the end of the block you will feel confident to perform the Sun salutation and join in out mixed classes or stay a little while longer whatever suits you.
