Hello and welcome to One Body Athletic. We are a personal and group training facility based at Meadowhall, Sheffield, catering to the entire spectrum of the fitness community. No matter what your age, goal or ability, we have something for you.

Our goal was to create a facility that appealed to those who have often tried and failed in highly populated, mainstream gyms, that offer very little in the way of support. After spending years in and around those environments, our founder, Josh, decided that enough was enough and that people deserved more. It was there that One Body Athletic was born.

We hope that with your help we can build a community of like-minded individuals who support one another throughout their fitness journeys.
