This class is designed to support your recovery from training by combining traditional yoga with soft tissue release and breathwork. Expect to foam roll, stretch, breathe, laugh and recover from your weekend antics or get onto of those tight or restricted areas!
We all know we should be stretching a little bit more and working on tight areas that may be contributing to restricted movement, aches or pains.
