Aqua aerobics combines the cardiovascular benefits of an aerobic workout with the low impact advantages of swimming. Resistance training at it’s most gentle! This is a fantastic overall body workout, the water provides constant resistance training whilst the exercises prescribed by the instructor will work on cardio vascular fitness and muscle tone. This class is for all abilities and is also exceptionally good for physical rehabilitation due to using the support of the water.
