The class starts with a stretching warm-up for the entire body, and then moves on to focus on different parts, one by one. Expect to find yourself doing body-weight exercises to strengthen wrists, shoulders and core. The aim is to move the body in all directions so that niggling injuries generally caused by our sedentary, desk or chair-bound lifestyles can be avoided.
You don't have to use weights, you can leave them out altogether and just focus on the cardio. Or build up slowly and gradually introduce light weights to the workout.
