These are short but intensive sessions, using a cast-iron or cast steel weight kettlebell (which resembles a cannonball with a handle) to perform all types of exercises, including but not limited to ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training. You’ll be taught how to complete exercises such as the Kettlebell Swing, Squat, Lunge and Overhead Press, all of which are great movements for improving your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength endurance and joint stability.
