We offer 2 types of regular outdoor fitness classes: Outdoor Fitness (think personal training just in a group class) and Nordic Fitness (cross-country skiing without the skis for a low impact, whole body workout).
Having worked in a broad range of industries before qualifying as a REPS Level 3 PT, Fran's open minded approach to training is matched with his passion for connecting clients both during training and also socially too. This has created a unique, friendly and welcoming environment that everyone can enjoy.
