‼️ALSO PLEASE, FOR YOUR SAFETY AND INSURANCE PURPOSES, HAVE YOUR CAMERA SWITCHED ON AND POSITIONED SO THAT I CAN SEE YOU. If you don't want your camera on, please do not join this class.
‼️It’s helpful if your name is on the Zoom label so that I know who you are and will therefore let you in. It’s difficult to check if it just says iPad or has a different name to the one you booked with as you can’t reply to any messages in the waiting room. Please also login a few minutes before the class starts so that I have the time to sort out any admin/queries/what equipment you have etc before we start the warm up. Once I have started the class I can't stop everybody while I check emails so if I don't know who you are, you will not be admitted.
Make sure you have water to hand, a yoga mat is helpful and if you have a physio/exercise band or some dumbbells then have them with you as well. Don’t worry if you don’t have any of these as an old bath towel and some bottles of water etc will suffice.
