Vinyasa Flow Yoga aims to link movement to breath, each pose moving seamlessly into the next in an uplifting, energising flow. Slow, fluid sequences are balanced by longer held seated and supine postures so you leave feeling grounded, open and serene.
This is a mixed level class. Options will be given for all abilities and beginners are welcome but if you're completely new to yoga then why not try my Thursday morning class before joining.
Mats and props are provided but please do bring your own if you have one.
