Living on the south coast has it’s advantages and being able to workout outdoors can have some huge benefits.
I understand that working out can be tough, and that finding motivation can also be hard work at times. This is why I created Fit Camps. Fit Camps are mostly outdoor group workouts based on a boot camp style. We do fun activities that are challenging (but doable) using just our own bodyweight, or we add some light weights like kettlebells and slam balls.
The important thing about Fit Camp is that everyone is an individual and all at a different place in their fitness journey - some just starting out, some a bit further along. If you are unable to do something - that’s OK! We’ll modify the exercise so that you can. Working out with a group of people can be so rewarding as you are all working through it together.
