Pilates is our fundamental. We are continually amazed at the results possible from Pilates, improving the way our bodies move and function. Pilates incorporates strength, endurance and movement. It’s focus is on correct postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
It is recognised more and more as a powerful way of quickly building fitness, strength and flexibility. Our approach is hands-on, with the technique of movement the key focus allowing clients to really understand how to move correctly. Classes are therefore kept small so that we can pay individual attention to everyone and make sure the greatest gains are made.
