Power bounce is run by two long term friends, Carla Cassidy and Louise Kelly. It was set up at the start of 2014, and became hugely popular in their home town Plymouth. With both a passion for fitness and music, power bounce have found a way to create original routines to up beat, dance music. Power Bounce is a fun and effective form of exercise, and by going just twice a week and having a healthy diet, you will see great results and a positive impact on your mind and body.
