at Plymfit

At PlymFit Over 25s we aim to improve your general fitness, health and lifestyle using a style of training informed by the current practices of international track and field athletes combined with the latest research in sport science and health. We provide much more than a fitness class and go above and beyond for our PlymFit clients. Although our sessions will be run as a group we understand that each one of us is unique and have different needs - therefore if you have any special requirements we will do our best to cater for them!

The meeting point will be near the main reception. As you enter the school turn left and head down towards the colonnade, we will meet in the room at the end. There’s plenty of parking at the school and it’s free of charge. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before 19:00 so that we can take payments and introduce everyone to PlymFit. You’ll need to come prepared for running, jumping and throwing! We advise suitable running trainers to be worn with sports training gear (i.e tracksuit bottoms/shorts). Make sure you bring a drink too!
