Hardcore HIIT is a 45 minute workout that uses bodyweight exercises and no equipment. It is designed to burn fat by working big muscle groups with HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) to gain quick results and will help to create a lean and functionally strong body! The idea is that you work flat out for this length of time at 100% effort! That means your 100% effort and no one elses.
It is a quick and precise method of exercise which is over as quick as it started and carries on burning fat for up to 24 hours afterwards!
