Flowing Hatha Yoga Classes for all, beginners especially welcome. Classes integrate the 8 limbs of yoga and include postures with flowing sequences (vinyasas), breathing practises, relaxation and meditations. Any postures and sequences can be fully modified to suit ability and medical issues/injuries, making my classes accessible to all.
I am a Yoga Registered Teacher (200hrs) with the Independent Yoga Network and am fully insured. I have a background in Occupational Therapy (mental health), am a qualified nutritional adviser and Reiki master, and a busy mum of two young girls.
The most important part of my classes is enjoyment, fun and listening to your own body. My teaching style is holistic and lighthearted. Newcomers and those totally new to yoga easily settle in and everybody feels most welcome. I look forward to you joining me!
