This practice is focused on deep and steady breath and meditative movement to go beyond the mind. Without mindfulness we can fall into the trap of our mood and overall outlook on life depending solely on what goes on outside of us, when the truth is, everything we need we already have inside. We just need to turn towards it.
Yoga provides the tools to create space where we feel stuck: it's so much more than moving our bodies on a mat. But how we approach the challenges and obstacles we may face builds up our innate resilience to deal with what life throws our way off the mat.
