I work with you to achieve your goals, whether weight loss, health or fitness related. We conduct reviews every 6–8 weeks to monitor your success so you are not left to fend for yourself. I also advise on nutrition and other lifestyle issues to ensure you are happy with the results.
Each bootcamp is six weeks in length. It's recommended that you do minimum of six weeks twice per week to achieve significant results. You can join at any point within the six weeks.
