In the handbalancing classes you will learn the proper alignment of the acrobatic handstand, with emphasis on ‘stacking’ the body, correct hand and finger technique to control the handstand effectively, the positioning of the shoulders/hips in correlation to the rest of the body, how to enter and exist a handstand, and a host of drills to help perfect your technique and alignment (including handstand specific stretches). The method I have been teaching for the last 20 months is structured in a way to ensure that you are being challenged, and most importantly always making progress.
We also teach primal movement introducing people to a new way of moving and really understanding how to use our whole body to move.
