Iyengar yoga is suitable for anyone and everyone. My classes are at a general level and beginners are particularly welcome. Classes are held in a relaxed and friendly manner with students working to their own ability. With regular practice, Iyengar yoga offers improved posture, flexibility and balance. It also offers a sense of well being and an enhanced ability to deal with the stresses of modern life
