In the Face Yoga session you will be taught a face and neck routine designed to firm, lift and tighten the face, neck and jawline that you can practice in the comfort of your home as often as you wish. If you wish, we can concentrate on particular areas of your face too. I guarantee that with regular practice (at least 4 times per week) you will start to see results in weeks.
The Face Massage session is designed with relaxation in mind. We all carry tension in our face which causes us to screw up our faces. This in turn can result in the formation of fine lines and wrinkles which then leads to premature ageing. I’ll guide you through massage techniques to relax and rejuvenate your face and neck using a beautiful organic serum.
We will also cover other relaxation techniques such as breathing exercises and short, guided meditation.
You will leave my studio feeling relaxed and refreshed and ready to face the world! Each session is one hour in length
